TROUBLESHOOTING
The Miracle Mobility computer consul is equipped with intelligent indicator lights to alert the user of possible trouble
shooting solutions. Lights will flicker intermittently to provide diagnostic information. Use the table below as a
reference guide for trouble shooting solutions
When the light is green, it means the wheelchair is fully operational with no problems. When there is something wrong with
the wheelchair the joystick control consul will report an issue by a flickering red light.
If the indicator light flashes, the user should turn off the power supply and then turn the wheelchair back on again to reboot
the wheelchair.
If after rebooting the wheelchair, the malfunction is not eliminated, and the light repeats an error, please refer to the diagnosis
trouble shooting table below. If the above methods still can’t help, contact Miracle Mobility.

Malfunction of battery or charger
Check the welding situation of connection device of
the left motor or check the internal hall component.
Check the welding situation of connection device of
the right motor or check the internal hall component.
Try to charge. If this fails, perhaps the battery
needs to be replaced or the battery charger needs
to be replaced. Also check to see if the battery or
power wire is loose.
