Once you select the hook you want, push down the lock

lever to lock the position.  Otherwise the arm may come

loose if you lift up your bike from the stand.

Loosen both side knob bolts to make the front fork mount

loose. (see Fig. D)

Insert the front fork end onto the fork mount, and tighten the

fork securely with the quick release skewer.

Then put the bottom bracket of your bike onto the B/B mount

by holding the bike with your hand.

After setting up your bike, tighten both knob bolts firmly to fix

the position.

If you don’t tighten the knob bolt(s), the bike

may come loose and fall off during your mainte-

nance work.

The parts tray (optional) can be swung for both side as you

need. (see Fig. E & F)

If you put  heavy tool or parts on the tray, we strongly recom-

mend you to turn back the tray in the first position (along the

arm).  Otherwise the tray may be bent.
