Please confirm whether the earplug can be plugged tightly. If not, please replace the silicone earmuff
with different sizes.
1.2 Please confirm whether the earphones are worn correctly.
2. No sound or bad sound quality
2.1 Please make sure that your cellphone is compatible with earphones.
2.2 Try connecting earphones to another device.
