CAUTION:
: Study all battery manufacturers' specific precautions and warning in
advance before assembly. All incorrect connection will cause the short circuit and
injury to person. Make sure the operation follow the recommended guides.
Only 12 VDC battery is recommended for the system, see more recommended
information on page 6-3.
Risk of explosion if battery is replaced by an incorrect type. Dispose of
used battery according to the instructions.
When battery is installed, unit must be operated according to following requirements. User
must conform to the listed information:
a. Battery type: Sealed lead-acid,AGM.
b. Nominal voltage: 12VDC.
c. Capacity: 60AH or 80AH or 90AH or 100AH
d. When installing battery, make sure the polarity to connect is correct, use maintenance
tools with proper tightening torque per 18.0~20.0Nm.
Servicing of battery should be performed or supervised by
personnel knowledgeable about battery and the required precautions.
When replacing battery, replace with the same type and number of battery or
battery pack.
Do not dispose of battery in a fire. The battery may explode.
Do not open or mutilate battery. Released electrolyte is harmful
to the skin and eyes. It may be toxic.
A battery can present a risk of electrical shock and high short
circuit current.
The following precautions should be observed when working on battery:
a) Remove watches, rings, or other metal objects
b) Use tools with insulated handles.
c)Wear rubber gloves and boots.
d) Do not lay tools or metal parts on top of battery.
e) Disconnect charging source prior to connecting or disconnecting battery
terminals.
f) Determine if battery is inadvertently grounded. If inadvertently grounded,
