TROUBLESHOOTING
THE DEVICE WON’T TURN ON
Charge the device for at least 2-3 hours before the first use.
Make sure the charging cable is securely inserted into the
device and into the power source.
THE DEVICE ISN’T CHARGING
Use a different charging source or, if available, a different USB
cable.
MY COMPUTER DOESN’T RECOGNIZE THE DEVICE
Unplug the device from your PC and reboot the device.
Unplug the device from your PC and reboot your PC.
Try using a different USB slot on your PC.
Replace the USB cable.

USING THE UNIT AS A WEBCAM
1.
Plug the device in using the USB cable.
2.
Power on the device by pressing the power button.
3.
A driver will be automatically installed called GENERAL-UVC
4.
Slide the units cover to the left or right to expose the camera.
5.
The webcam will display the name as GENERAL – UVC
NOTE: Driver installation can take up to five minutes.
