Analog Input Signal
Instead of using a speed adjust potentiometer, the drive may be wired
to follow an analog input voltage or current signal that is either isolated
or non-isolated from earth ground. If using a chassis drive, connect the
signal common (-) to S1 and the signal reference (+) to S2. Refer to figure
6. If using an enclosed drive, connect the signal common (-) to terminal
8 (COM) and the signal reference (+) to terminal 9 (REF). Refer to figure
9 on page 21.
Refer to page 23 for switch SW504 settings and Figure 10 on page 24 for
location.
An analog input range of 0–10 VDC or 4–20 mA is required to produce an
armature voltage range of 0–90 VDC with 115 VAC line voltage, or 0-180
VDC with 230 VAC line voltage.
