This manual describes the settings for the various media used for JV34-260 series to be fed stably.
Read this manual carefully, and use the take-up/feeding device with the proper settings for each media.
Adjustment function of Heavy-duty Take-up / Feeding device
1.
Select an active position of the take-up tension bar.
• Select an active position of the take-up tension bar from two options ( [HIGH] or [LOW] ).
How to set an active position of the tension-bar
Set an active position of the tension-bar as follows.
(1) Press the
key in the local mode.
(2) Select [MACHINE SETUP] by pressing the
keys and press the
key.
(3) Select [Feeding / TakeUP] by pressing the
keys and press the
key.
(4) Select [TensionBar-POS.] by pressing the
keys and press the
key.
(5) Press
to select [HIGH] or [LOW] and press the
key.
(6) Press the
key several times to end.
• The active position of the take-up tension-bar is set to [LOW] before shipping.
• When the roll being take-up is easy to be wrinkled, it is recommended to set to [HIGH].
