General Operation

Removing/Inserting the Battery

To 

remove

 the battery, push in the release buttons 

and pull the battery pack away from the tool.

To 

insert

 the battery, slide the pack into the body 

of the tool. Make sure it latches securely into place.

Installing a Drum

1. Align the nozzle of the drum to the nozzle notch

of the tool and place the drum around the tool hub 

until fully seated.

2. Secure the drum to the tool with the three latches.

3. To remove, unlatch and use drum removal grips

to separate the drum from the tool.

Before  pulling  wire  through,  be  mindful  of  your

surroundings  and  potential  nearby  hazards  to

yourself and others in the event the tape breaks

free during pulling.

Do not force a pull that has snagged or encoun-

terd a point of resistance. Instead, remove the

wire and clear the obstruction.

8. Fasten  your  wire  or  pull-line  to  the  fish  tape 

securely.  Wrapping  the  connection  with  plastic 

tape may help prevent it from unravelling during
