CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Before cleaning, ensure that the slow cooker is not connected to the
power supply, with plug removed from wall power socket.
2. Allow the slow cooker to cool down before cleaning.
3. Wash the ceramic inner pot and glass lid with warm soapy water or
with dishwasher. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
4. The housing, base and interior base of the slow cooker can be
wiped with a slightly soft damp cloth. Never use any chemical or
abrasive solution to clean the slow cooker.
5. To avoid electric shock and malfunction, never immerse the slow
cooker in water or other liquid.

Before storage, please ensure that all parts of the slow cookers are
completely dried. Do not store the slow cooker in damp areas such
as under the kitchen washing basin.
Care for Your Ceramic Inner Pot
1. As in all ceramic cookware, never subject the ceramic inner pot to
sudden temperature change.
2. Never heat the ceramic inner pot over an open flame or any other
heating sources. The ceramic inner pot is meant for this slow
cooker only.
3. Do not put cold/frozen food into the ceramic inner pot when it is hot.
Food should be added when the ceramic inner pot is at room
temperature.
4. After removing the ceramic inner pot from the slow cooker, do not
put it on comparatively lower temperature areas such as
refrigerator, freezer, or basin filled with cold water.
5. Never wash the ceramic inner pot right after cooking. Allow it to
cool down before washing.
