will light up. (You must press down the power switch
otherwise the rice cooker will be in keep warm function
only).
6. When the rice is cooked, the power switch will pop up and
the
“KEEP WARM” indicator light will be on. The Rice
Cooker will be automatically switched over to the
“KEEP
WARM
“function.
7. For best results, it is recommended that the Keep Warm
function be allowed to continue for about 15 minutes
before opening the lid or starting to scoop out the rice.
How to Steam Food
1. Place the inner pot in the rice cooker and fill with some
water. The minimum amount of water recommended is at
least two cups of water.
2. Place the steamer tray on the inner pot such that it sits
level on the top of the inner pot.
3. Place food and close the top cover. Switch on the main
power supply. The keep warm indicator light will light up.
Then press down the power switch to start the steaming.
You must press down the power switch otherwise the rice
cooker will be in keep warm function only.
4. It is necessary to monitor the steaming time to suite your
steaming requirement for the food.
