Torch Hose And Lead Connections

If torch or work cable needs to be
removed or replaced, proceed as
follows:

Turn Off welding power
source and cutter, and
disconnect input power.
Stop engine on welding
generator.
Remove top of case according to
Section 4-2.

Boot
Insert torch hose and leads through
boot.

Gas Hose

Gas Connector

Trigger Switch Connector
5
Pilot Lead
6
Pilot Terminal
Connect hose and leads as shown.
Reinstall top of case.
