Installing Power Source/Wire Feeder

Make sure all components are
securely fastened to the cart
before moving.

Power Source
Mount the power source to the cart
as shown using the 4 supplied
1/4-20 screws.

The power source may or may
not be already mounted in the Mig
Runner Cart

Wire Feeders

Stand Off Supports
Install the stand off supports to the top
of the cart (use 3 stand off supports for
the 22A feeder, use 4 stand off sup-
ports for the S-74D feeder) as shown
using the supplied 10-24 screws. At-
tach the feeder to the stand off sup-
ports using the supplied 10-24
screws.

XR-Control
Remove existing (4 pcs) 1/4-20 skid
mounting screws. Attach XR-Control
to cart with supplied (4 pcs) 1/4-20X1
screws.
