Battery safety

Only adults should replace batteries.

Use only batteries of the required size and type (4/3 x AA & 1 x 6F22) and do not mix
old and new batteries.

Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity (+ / -).

Removed exhausted batteries immediately from the toy.

The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.

For longer periods of non-use (one week or longer), the batteries should be removed
from the toy.

The toy may be subject to electro-static charge. Should this be the case, remove and
then re-insert the batteries to reset the unit.

Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.

Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the toy before charging.

Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision.

Dispose of batteries properly, i.e. at special public collection points. Do not dispose of
them with your domestic refuse.

Help to protect the environment.

Vehicle operation

Once the batteries have been inserted (as described), the remote-controlled vehicle is now
ready for use.

Position the switch at the underside of the vehicle from Off to On.

Position the switch in the centre of the remote control from Off to On.

Use the left joystick of the remote control for forward/backward movement. The right
joystick controls the left/right movement of the vehicle.

If the vehicle does not run truly straight,  the steering needs to be adjusted using the
small lever at the underside of the vehicle: if the vehicle pulls slightly left, adjust the
lever slightly to the right (and  vice versa).

Don’t forget to return the switches on vehicle and remote control to their Off-positions
after use.
