How to assemble the whisk attachment:
Using the whisk attachment:
The whisk attachment is used to whip light ingredients such as eggs and cream.
1. Insert the whisk in the whisk gear box then insert the whisk assembly in the motor
unit and lock it in place as shown in the picture above.
2. Plug the appliance in the wall socket.
3. Put the whisk in the beaker or any other bowl.
4. Do not let the liquid get above the whisk’s wires.
5. Hold the appliance tightly then press the power button in short bursts to obtain best
results. Do not hold the power button down for more than 60 seconds at a time.
6. You can adjust the speed conveniently during operation by turning the speed
adjustment dial. You may also use the turbo button for instant powerful pulses
without having to manipulate the speed adjustment dial.
Important notes:
Ÿ Use a wide container.
Ÿ Do not whip more than 400 ml chilled cream.
Ÿ Do not whip more than 4 eggs.
Ÿ Do not whip heavy mixtures such as margarine and sugar, as you will damage the
whisk.
