6.  Clean the heat exchanger by running water through the louvers to clean the 

assembly of lint and dust. See Figure 3-4.

7.  Stand the heat exchanger lengthwise on a towel until it dries.  
8.  Replace the heat exchanger by reversing the steps above.  
9.  Ensure that the heat exchanger is fully seated into position and that the cover 

is closed and locked.
