Spray nozzles: Check and clean as necessary.

Filters in valves: Check, clean and replace as
necessary.
Check safety thermostats.
Chemical dispenser pumps: Check the membrane and
gasket.
Level fill sensors for process chemicals: Check
function and clean hoses.
Dispenser pump hoses: Check for kinks, leakages or
brittleness.
Check function of level sensors in water tank.
Temperature probes: Periodically check sensor status
during maintenance work.
Check gasket.
Drain valves: Check for leakage, if necessary remove
and clean the membrane seat, and replace if
necessary.
Pressure switches: Operation is monitored by the
controls. In the event of defective controls, empty the
tank and remove deposits.
SERVICE
Note:
Routine maintenance tasks must be performed at the intervals shown in the table.
It is however advisable to carry out simple cleaning whenever necessary.
In case the machine requires the replacement of one or more components, please refer to the
manufacturer’s spare part list.
It is advisable to perform general checks and to clean the machine regularly,
particularly if the water supply is very hard.
Particular attention should be paid to heater elements and thermostats sensors.
