Problem
Cause and remedy
The heat-pump dryer is designed for a room temperature of
up to 43 °C. Trouble-free operation above this temperature
is sometimes possible. If the temperatures are constantly
above 45 °C, an external cool air supply must be provided.
You can reduce the wear and tear sustained by the heat-
pump dryer by ensuring that the heat exchangers are al-
ways free from fluff and other soiling.
Service
In the event of a malfunction, contact Miele Service.
When contacting the Service Department, please quote the model, serial number (SN) and
material number (mat. no.) of your machine.
This data is found on the data plate: at the top in the door ring when the drum door is
open, on the inside of the fluff flap or on the back of the machine at the top.
Please also pass on the error message appearing in the display to the Service Department.
Use only genuine Miele original spare parts
. The Service Department will also require
model, serial number (SN) and material number (mat. no.) in this case.
Additional technical data for the machine is given on the data plate affixed to the rear wall
of the machine.
