Solution
The sensitivity of the
touch controls has
changed.
First, ensure that the cooktop is not in direct sunlight or
strong artificial light and that the area around the
cooktop is not too dark.
Make sure that neither the cooktop or the touch controls
are covered. Remove any cookware and clean the
cooktop, removing any food residues.
Disconnect the cooktop from the main power supply for
approx. 1 minute.
If the problem persists, contact Miele.
