Switching on and off

To switch the grill on or off the control
can be turned in a clockwise or
anti-clockwise direction. "0" is off.

The operating indicator light to the left
of the control comes on when the grill
has been switched on. It goes off after
the grill is switched off.

Safety cut-out

A safety cut-out ensures that the
heating element is only heated when it
is lying horizontally and not when it is
raised up.
