Some minor problems can be corrected without contacting Miele.
If having followed the suggestions below, you still cannot remedy the fault, please
contact Miele. To prevent unnecessary loss of temperature it is advisable not to
open the door while waiting for the appliance to be serviced.
Installation, maintenance and repairs may only be carried out by a suitably
qualified and competent person in strict accordance with current national and
local safety regulations.
Repairs and other work by unqualified persons could be dangerous. The
manufacturer cannot be held liable for unauthorised work.

not heat up.
The appliance has not been
switched on. The temperature
display is not lit up.

The plug is not inserted in the
socket correctly.

Insert the plug in the
socket correctly.
Check whether the mains fuse
has tripped. There could be a
fault with the appliance, the
household electrical wiring or
another electrical appliance.

Contact a qualified
electrician or Miele.
The temperature
inside the appliance
is too low.

Set a warmer
temperature.
The Super cool function is still
switched on. The Super cool
function switches itself off
automatically after approx. 6 -
12 hours.
You can switch off the
Super cool function
earlier to save energy.

Press the Super cool
button.
