You cannot open the
door with the

You have selected the

setting. The
Door
sensor button does not respond
when the oven is switched off.
As soon as the oven is switched on, the sensor
buttons will respond. If you want the sensor
buttons to respond even when the oven is
switched off, select the
Display
|
QuickTouch
|
On
setting.
The oven is not connected to the domestic electrical
supply.
Make sure that the plug is correctly inserted in the
socket and that the socket switch has been
switched to on.
Check if the breaker has tripped. If it has, contact
a qualified electrician or Miele Service.
If you need to open the door, for instance because
there is still food inside the oven, use the opener
supplied to pry the door open. To do this, push the
opener at an angle into the gap on the outside
edge of the door at the top between the control
panel and the door. You can also pull the door
open by grasping it at the sides with both hands
and pulling carefully until it opens.
You cannot start a
cooking process.
If you are cooking with microwave power, the door
may be open.
Check whether the door is closed properly.
If you are cooking with microwave power, the power
level or cooking duration is not selected.
Check whether a microwave power level and a
duration have been selected.
If you are cooking with an operating mode which
uses microwave power, not all of the required
settings have been entered.
Check whether a microwave power level, a cooking
duration, and a temperature have been selected.
