bluish sheen on the sur-
face of glasses. The film
can be wiped off by
hand.
The rinse aid dosage is
too high.
Reduce the dosage set-
ting. See “Adding rinse

There are rust stains on
cutlery.
Cutlery is not corrosion
resistant or the surface of
the cutlery is scratched or
pitted.
There is no remedy.
Always purchase dish-
washer safe cutlery.
The detergent dispenser
lid can not be closed.
Detergent residue may
be blocking the latch.
Remove the residue.
Detergent remains in
the dispenser at the end
of a program.
The dispenser was damp
when detergent was
added.
Make sure the dispenser
is dry before adding de-
tergent.
Water remains inside of
the dishwasher at the
end of a program.
Before looking for the
problem:

Turn the program se-
lector to “Stop”.

Turn off the dishwasher
using the “On/Off” but-
ton.
The drain hose is kinked.
Remove the kink.
The drain pump or the
non-return valve may be
blocked.

The combination filter
in the dishwasher is
clogged.
