Now remove the hose connector
from the elbow by pulling it (dia. 34).
 Remove any debris or blockages.

Replace the connector making sure it
goes on straight. Lock it into position.
If you have not been able to reach all of
the soiling, you could also try the fol‐
lowing.
Unlock the panel at the back of the
vacuum cleaner as follows (dia. 35).
 Using a coin turn the two screws as
far as they will go.
 Lever off the panel.
 Remove any debris or blockages.

Replace the panel and lock it with the
screws.
Cleaning and care

Always disconnect the vacuum
cleaner from the electrical supply be‐
fore cleaning it. Switch off at the wall
socket and unplug it.
Vacuum cleaner and accessories
The vacuum cleaner and all plastic ac‐
cessories can be cleaned with a propri‐
etary cleaner suitable for plastic.

The hose (depending on model)
contains electrical wires. Do not im‐
merse the hose in water for cleaning.

Do not use abrasive cleaning
agents, glass cleaning agents, all-
purpose cleaners or oil-based condi‐
tioning agents.
Dust compartment
The dust compartment can, if necessa‐
ry, be cleaned using a dry duster, brush
or, if available, a second vacuum clean‐
er to vacuum the dust out.

Do not let the vacuum cleaner
get wet. If moisture gets into the ap‐
pliance, there is a risk of electric
shock.
