Decrystallising honey

Procedure

Loosen the lid and place the jar of honey in a perforated
cooking container or on the rack.

Stir the honey once during the procedure.

amount of honey in the jar)

Preparing custard royale

Procedure

Stir 6 eggs into 375 ml milk (do not beat into a foam).

Season the egg/milk mixture and pour into a solid cooking
