Changing a halogen lamp
The halogen lights become very hot
during operation.
They can cause burns even after
being shut off for some time.
Allow them to cool down for a few
minutes before changing the halogen
lamps.
Disconnect the ventilation hood from
the electrical supply before replacing
the lamps (see "IMPORTANT SAFETY
INSTRUCTIONS").
To access the halogen lamp, press
the lamp cover gently upwards. The
cover will open and can then be
lowered.
Pull the halogen lamp out of its
socket.
Replace it with a new halogen lamp
(12 V, 20 W, G4). Wear a glove or use
a soft cloth to hold it and push it into
the socket carefully. Please follow the
lamp manufacturer's instructions.
Flip the cover back up, making sure it
clicks into place.
