After grilling
Procedure:

Switch the grill off.

Clean the appliance after each use
while it is still warm to the touch.

Use the handle to lift the griddle off
the grill.
Cleaning and care
^
The griddle must be cleaned after
each use with warm water and a little
washing up liquid. It must then be
thoroughly dried. Stubborn deposits
may need to be wetted first to loosen
the soiling. If necessary a soft brush
may be used to remove them.
