Operating Instructions
SAFETY MEASURES
You must adhere to the following precautions when using any electrical
appliance to avoid the risk of an electric shock, personal injury, and fire.
1. Read all the instructions before using the steam cleaner.
2. Only use the appliance for its intended purpose.
3. Do not place any part of the device in water or other liquid to avoid an
electric shock.
4. Do not pull the cord when trying to pull the plug out of the socket. Only pull
the plug itself.
5. Do bring the electrical cord in contact with a hot surface. The appliance
must be completely cool before it can be stored or before opening the
water tank. Roll the cord up carefully, without tightening it too much.
6. Always disconnect the appliance from the power supply when filling water
up, draining any remaining water, or when the appliance is not in use.
Always turn the safety cap slowly to open the water tank. This will prevent
you from being burned by allowing the remaining steam to gradually
escape.
7. Do not plug in or use the appliance if the electrical cord is damaged or if any
part of it has been dropped or damaged. Do not disassemble the device or
attempt to repair it yourself. Risk of an electric shock. For diagnostics and
repairs, contact the seller or one of our licensed service centers. Risk of
electric shock during use following incorrect assembly or repair.
8. Do not leave the device running without supervision, especially in the
presence of children.
9. Contact with hot metal parts, hot water or steam can cause burns. Drain
the remaining water with great care, as it may be very hot. Never direct
steam at another person. The steam is very hot and can cause burns.
10. Do not use the device near explosive and/or flammable substances.
11. This appliance is intended for indoor use only. Follow all of the instructions
provided in this manual.
12. When using the device, do not fill it with chemicals or other liquids (we
recommend using demineralized water). Such chemicals can damage
the device. Damage to the device caused by using incorrect liquids is not
covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
13. Do not direct the steam onto any electrical device or device containing
electrical components (TV, radio, electric oven, etc.).
