TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
The following table is a list of the fault indicators and corresponding alarms.
Display Description Cause Possible Solution
Water filling issue
·
Tap is not open or water
flow
is too slow.
·
Inlet valve filter is
blocked.
·
Inlet pipe is twisted.
·
Water is not supplied.
·
Open the tap or wait
until the water supply
becomes normal.
·
Check inlet valve filter.
·
Straighten the water
pipe.
·
Check the other taps in
the house.
Please call Midea Customer Care if problem persists.
Drainage issue
· Outlet hose is blocked
or twisted.
·
Drain pump is blocked.
· Wash and straighten
outlet hose.
·
Clean drain pump filter.
Please call Midea Customer Care if problem persists.
Door Lock
·
Door is not closed
properly.
·
Restart after the door is
closed.
