3.1 Componenti principali

Vano refrigerante
●
Il vano refrigerante è adatto alla conservazione di frutta, verdura, bevande e altre vivande destinate al
consumo a breve termine.
●
I cibi cotti non devono essere sistemati nel vano refrigerante senza prima averli fatti raffreddare a
temperatura ambiente.
●
Si suggerisce di chiudere ermeticamente le vivande prima di sistemarle in frigo.
●
Gli scaffali in vetro possono essere sistemati in alto o in basso per ottimizzare lo spazio di conservazione
e migliorare l'utilizzo dell'elettrodomestico.
Vano congelatore
●
Il vano congelatore a bassa temperatura può essere utilizzato per conservare cibi freschi per periodi
prolungati, ma è usato soprattutto per la conservazione di cibi congelati e per creare cubetti di ghiaccio.
●
Il vano congelatore è adatto alla conservazione di carne, pesce, arancini e altre vivande che non devono
essere consumate a breve termine.
●
I blocchi di carne sono preferibilmente da dividere in piccoli pezzi
per un congelamento rapido e un facile
accesso.
Le vivande devono essere consumate entro la data di scadenza.
