Note: This functions is optional.
6.2 Set IP and Port
Format: AMSERVER=IP,Port,1;
Example: AMSERVER=47.91.230.66,7018,1;
Reply: +MSERVER:47.91.230.66,7018,1 OK
Note: support the IP and domain.
6.3 Set APN
Format: AAPN=APN,USER,Password;
