Monitor/Change RS232/RS485 Baud Rate
The procedure required to monitor or change the RS232 or
RS485 baud rate from 600bps to 115.2kbps is contained in the
following steps. This procedure may only be performed for
SCM4000 Data Channel 1 thru 4 options that have been factory
set for RS232 or RS485.
1.
Verify the SCM4000 is powered up.
2.
Verify the Main Screen is displayed.
. If the Main Screen is not displayed, press the
ESC
key repeatedly until the Main Screen is
displayed.

Press the Down arrow key, as required, to move the

System Menu
option.
4.
Press the
SEL
key or Right arrow key and observe the
System Menu
is displayed.
