7.2.1 Wall mounting
The optional "Mounting bracket for BLE module (300853)" accessories are required for wall mounting.

1. Drilling the hole for installation:
If you want to use the rounded head screw (2) supplied in the accessories set to secure the
mounting bracket (1) to the wall, drill one hole with a diameter of 10 mm.
If you want to use your own fastening screw, the diameter of the hole will be based on the screw and
wall plug that may be required.
2. Securing the mounting bracket on the wall:
If you want to use the the rounded head screw (2), supplied in the accessories set, first of all insert
the wall plug that is also included in the accessories set in the drill hole before you screw the
mounting bracket (1) to the wall (see "Wall mounting - step 1" on page 24).
If you are using your own screw, you must also insert the wall plug into the hole before screwing the
mounting bracket (1) to the wall (see "Wall mounting - step 1" on page 24).
The mounting bracket should be arranged so that the upper side of the BLE mA Link inserted in the
bracket is facing the data logger from which the issued values should be received. If the position of the
data logger cannot be determined accurately, it is recommended that the mounting bracket is aligned in
such a way that the connection of the BLE mA Link is facing downwards.
3. In accordance with the following figure, insert the BLE mA Link in the mounting bracket (1) with the
connection first and then close the retaining clip.
