4. Printing methods
Step 1: Make sure the cord is connected well to the wall socket. Place the object (i.e. T-shirt) on press bed, and
transfer paper with images facing down the object, adjust pressure to your requirement, and turn on the
power.
Step 2: Adjust the arrow knob
to choose “
MANUAL
” or “
AUTOMATIC
” operation mode. This time, we set
the arrow point to “AUTOMATIC” mode.
Step 3: Set the temperature and time required, then temperature starts to rise.
Step 4: When the temperature rises to the set temperature, the buzzer sends out a short sound. Press the green
start-up switch, the heat platen will close down automatically. Time is counting down; once time is up, the
heat platen will open automatically.
Step 5: The heat platen will move to other side automatically on “AUTOMATIC” mode, then repeat the step 4
transfer process. (If it’s on “MANUAL” mode, then you need move heat platen to other side by hand.)
Step 6:
Consult the Transfer Paper instructions on whether to peel cold or hot.
Ink-Jet Transfer Paper (fabric) 14-18 seconds
Laser Copier/Printer Transfer Paper (fabric) 18-25 seconds
Sublimation Transfers (onto Fabrics) 25-30 seconds
Sublimation Transfers (onto FR-Plastic/Woods) 60-70 seconds
4. Recommendations:
1) Ceramic tile transfer: (Mugs & Plates transfer is similar)
Set temperature: 180

2) T-shirt transfer:
Set temperature: 180

Set time: (chemical fiber use for sublimation transfer paper: 30-50 seconds; pure cotton use for T-shirt
transfer paper: 10-20 seconds)
Emergency:
If any emergency happens, please press the red emergency stop button. After settled the emergency, please turn
the button clockwise and let it resume original status, and the machine will also resume working status.
NOTE:
1. Please switch off the machine power control valve if there is any problem.
2. The suitable air pressure is 0.4-0.5Mpa or 75-80Psi, neither too high (too high air pressure can destroy the
machine), nor too low (lower air pressure can’t let the heat platen work smoothly.)
3. Suggestion to power off for 1-2 hours after continuous working for 6-8 hours.
