If the dome or the earmold remains in the ear, ask a medical
professional to extract it.
Check that the dome has been fully engaged in the receiver.
Anti-earwax filter replacement
See Figure 10
The Anti-earwax CeruStop dispenser contains the tool for changing
the anti-earwax filter and it has two functions: at one end a black tip
(10.A) to extract the used filter, and at the other end (10.B) is the new
white filter.
Anti-earwax filter removal
Remove the receiver adapter before continuing with this
procedure. (10.C)
10.1 Insert the black tip in the white filter located in the receiver.
10.2 Slowly remove the tool to remove the filter.
Fitting a new anti-earwax filter
10.3 Turn the tool 180º (and at the end, it will have a new filter)
10.4 Insert the new filter into the sound output orifice of the receiver
by pressing gently.
10.5 Remove the tool and make sure that the filter stays completely
attached in the receiver.
Remember to once again place the adapter. (10.D)
Dispose of the tool with the used anti-earwax filter. Never reuse a
used anti-earwax filter.

NOTE: If the Anti-earwax Protector is very loose or does not adapt
well to the orifice, dispose of it and insert another.
WARNING!
If the anti-earwax filter detaches from the hearing aid and remains
loose in the ear canal, please contact your doctor immediately. Do
not try to remove the anti-earwax filter from the ear canal yourself.
