The Breaker Failure detection is started by the operation of the output relay “R1”, (programmed to be
controlled by the Protection Functions that trip the C/B).
If after [tBF] seconds from operation of the relay “R1”, any input current flow is still detected (>10% In),
the function “BF” trips and operate one user programmable output relay,
