Troubleshotting
Q. Why my cell phone can not find bluetooth neckloop?
A. Make sure bluetooth neckloop is in pairing mode. The indicator stdy blue if in pairing mode.
Q. My neckloop work before but not is stop working.
A. Make sure bluetooth neckloop connected with cell phone and cell phone is on.
If cell phone have not problem, please turn off bluetooth neckloop and pair again.
If bluetooth neckloop work a few seconds then disconnect connections, please turn off bluetooth and recharge battery.

Make a voice dial call
Tap bluetooth switch and speak name after the tone
End a call
Tap bluetoth switch
Receive a call
Tap bluetooth switch
Reject a call
Press and hold bluetooth switch until heard a beep
Redial last call
Press and hold bluetooth switch until heard a beep
Answer a second incoming call
Press and hold bluetooth switch (first call on hold)
Toggle between two active calls
Press and hold bluetooth switch
Join a 3-way call (feature is phone dependent)
Press and hold both volume switches
Put an active call on hold or resume a call on hold
Press and hold bluetooth switch until hear a beep
Transfer a call from the phone to bluetooth
Tap the bluetooth switch
Disable or enable the indicator light
Press and hold bluetooth switch for 3-4 seconds
Mute or unmute a call
Tap both volume switches
Steady on while plug into
