How to use the Brake
The brake is a friction brake and thus is only designed for reduction of speed on flat surfaces – avoid going downhill.
To engage the brake, gently push your foot down on the rear brake fender; make sure your body weight is near the rear of the scooter
when doing so. You will need to apply additional pressure to the brake when travelling at faster speeds.
Be careful:
Applying too much pressure to the brake raises the risk of falling. It is best to practice using the brake at walking speed.
Max speed is 6 mph!
