Please read the manual carefully before using this product. This product should be
applied by someone with a certain level of electrical knowledge. Please read and make
sure that you understand how to operate the product before using it. Please keep this
manual readilly accesible for future references when needed.

Our products have been tested prior to shipping, however if malfunction occurs, please
contact our offices near you and present the failure in details so that we can provide the
best solution to you.
Warranty Period
The warranty period is 1 year starting from the shipment date .
Scope of warranty
(1)
If malfunction is caused by our company within the warranty period, free service of repairing shall be
offered. The cases listed below do not fall into the scope of warranty.
•
Fail to comply with operating instruction. User’s manual or breech of contracts with our company.
•
Any malfunction that is caused by buyer’s own device or software, instead of our product’s defect
•
Malfunction that is caused by modification or repairmen outside our company.
•
Malfunction that could be avoided by a correct repair or replacing of wearing parts by following
operating instructions
Charging
When BAT light turns Into red, It Indicates that test box needs to be charged. During
chilrging, it remains in red until the sensor tester is fully charged and then it becomes
green.
Sleep Mode
When the sensor tester is on standby for mont then 2 minutes it will automatically enter
into sleep mode to lower power consumption. Meanwhile the BAT light will flicker 2
second Intervals to remind user to switch the power off. When pressing the pulse button
again, the sensor tester will be re-activilted.
Silence Mode
Press and hold Pulse Button for 5 seconds, the NPN light and PNP light will flicker twice
at the same time then the test box will enter into silence mode. When there is an output
from the sensor the corresponding NPN light or PNP light on the sensor tester will switch
on without the beeping sound.
Power bank
Sensor tester can serve as a power bank. Connect the USB charging cable between the
OUT port and the device that needs charging. The sensor tester will begin to charge the
device when the power button is switched on.

•
Please make sure the power is off before connecting the cable.
•
Please make sure the voltage fluctuations are within maximum rated range.
•
When the power is on, please do not apply the device In the first 0.5 s.
•
Please do not subject the device to dust, dirt or vapor.
•
Please do not subject the device to water, oil or organic solvent such 1s diluents.

Test:
Switch the power button, the sensor tester will scan the sensor. If there is an output from the
sensor ,the corresponding NPN light or PNP light will be on along with a beeping sound
Pulse:
User can press Pulse button to supply power to the sensor. When pressing Pulse Button,
the light indicator will be on. Supplying output voltage to the red wire terminal . The output voltage is
determined by the power switch
