PROBLEM
SOLUTION
Can't dual link
pair my
devices to the
Miccus Swivel
Jack RTX
When the Dual-Link pairing procedure won’t
connect to a second device,
1. After pairing the first device, then power down
the Swivel Jack RTX and your second device.
2. Next, power on both receiving or transmitting
devices again.
3. Then place the Swivel Jack RTX into pairing
mode again.
4. Wait up to 30 seconds for both devices to
reconnect.
5. When connected, both Blue LED lights will light
solid or will blink every 5 seconds if using aptX
Low Latency.
6. If this doesn’t fix your issue, perform a factory
reset on the Swivel Jack RTX and your other
Bluetooth device.
