reset and the pairing memory is wiped clean.
2. Power down the headphones.

Choose and install the right ear tip for your ear.
1. If the ear tips that come installed don’t fit you well, remove the
silicon ear tips by holding the earbud body tightly with one hand
(A) and pinching the ear tip with the other hand (B). Gently twist
left and right while pulling the ear tip in a downward motion.
2. Install new ear tips by holding the earbud body tightly with one
hand (A) and connecting the tip nozzle at a 45-degree angle with
the other hand (B), then twist left and right while gently pushing
the tip onto the earbud.
