Recipes

There are many options to cook with your

MICASA electric fry pan.  Below are just a few ideas.

Easy Rice/Pasta /Meat Meals

Cut your choice of meat into strips or cubes and brown over a

high heat in a small amount of cooking oil. Cut vegetables of

choice into small even portions and add. Remove when cooked.

Add 6 cups of water to 200g of rice or 250g of pasta and bring

to the boil. Add pasta or rice and cook until tender.  Reduce the

temperature if required. Add the meat and vegetables, stir and

serve.

Omelette

3 eggs

1 tablespoon water

Fillings of choice

Preheat fry pan at MED (3). Place eggs and water in a bowl and

whisk for 1 minute. Pour egg mix into pan evenly. Top on one

half with fillings of choice (cheese, mushrooms, onions,

tomatoes etc). Place lid on and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Flip empty half of egg mix onto the filling half and serve

Fried Chicken

1 med chicken, cut up

1/2 cup flour

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon pepper

3/4 cup vegetable oil

Wash chicken and pat dry. Mix flour, salt, paprika and pepper.

Heat oil in electric skillet at MED (3). Coat chicken with flour

mixture. Cook chicken in oil 15 to 20 minutes or until light

brown. Turn heat control down to LOW. Cover and simmer 30 to

40 minutes or until thickest pieces are fork tender. Turn chicken

once or twice to assure even cooking. If drippings in bottom of

electric fry pan start to scorch, add water as needed. Remove

cover for the last 5 minutes of cooking to crisp chicken.

to stop them burning. When you have turned the burger patty
