Operation
The cocktail mixer is suited for preparing mixed soft drinks and drinks mixed with alcohol You
can use fruit juice, soft drinks, crushed ice cubes, milk, yoghurt, cream, ready made fruit
purees and ice cream that is already soft and not hard frozen.
Note:
The appliance is not equipped with a fly cutter and
not suited
for cutting or mixing
pieces of fruit or similar ingredients.
Short term operation:
The appliance
is suited for short term operation. After 3 minutes
of use let it cool down for 3 min. minimum to allow the motor to cool down.
Safety switch
While positioning the mixing bowl onto the driving unit a small hidden safety switch is being
activated. This prevents the motor from running without the bowl in its position.
Fill the prepared ingredients into the mixing bowl. Do not fill more than MAX level to
avoid overflow.
Insert the mixing bowl into the unit. Hold the mixing bowl slightly slant and attach it
bottom-up onto the motor unit. Then push the mixing bowl slightly to the back till it is
engaged. Ensure that it is fixed firmly in the holder.
To switch on turn the switch into the desired level.

Before removing the mixing bowl, always switch OFF (0 position) and unplug.
Caution! Risk of injury!
Always wait until the rotating beater has stopped motion before you take off the
mixing bowl. Never touch moving or rotating parts as long as the unit is plugged.
After use empty the mixing bowl completely. Do not leave any liquid in the mixing bowl.
Clean the unit as described in chapter Cleaning, maintenance and storing.
Cleaning, maintenance and storing
Caution! Danger of electrical shock! Before cleaning and removing parts, always
switch off the appliance and remove the plug from the mains. Never immerse the
appliance entirely into water. The connector parts must not get wet. Contact of
electrical parts with moisture causes electric shock or short circuit and damage.
Clean the appliance after each use because it is in contact with food. This avoids stick
drying of food residues.
The housing can be cleaned outside with a soft slightly damp cloth and dry. Caution never
immerse the motor unit, the cord and the plug into water!
The beater can not be removed from the appliance. Just wipe with a slightly damp cloth if
necessary and let dry after.
Do not use any sharp detergents or abrasive objects to clean the unit to avoid damage.
