Set switch-off timer:
Using the two timer buttons (
⯅
/
⯆
), a desired time (1 - 8 hours) can be set after which the heating mat
switches off automatically. The timer time can be increased by pressing the
⯅
button several times or
decreased by pressing the
⯆
button.
Switch off:
Before switching off, the set temperature should first be lowered to the minimum adjustable value using
the rotary control. To do this, turn the rotary control counterclockwise as far as it will go until the heat LED
goes out.
The heating mat is then switched off by pressing the power button. When the heating mat is switched off,
the display and the power LED go out.
Now the Euro mains plug can be disconnected from the power supply.
NOTE: Before the heating mat is rolled up and stored away, it must be completely cooled down.
Cleaning the heating mat:
1.
Disconnect the heating mat from the power supply.
2.
Wait until the mat has cooled down completely.
3.
The heating mat may only be cleaned with a slightly damp cloth or a soft brush. The heating mat
must be completely dry before it is used again.
4.
The control unit and cables may only be cleaned with a dry and soft cloth.
IMPORTANT:
•
No moisture may penetrate the control unit or the cable.
•
The heating mat must not be immersed in water or other liquids.
•
No cleaning agents, solvents or scouring agents may be used.
Storage of the heating mat:
NOTE: We recommend cleaning the heating mat as described below before storing it for a longer period of
time.
1.
Spread the completely cooled heating mat out on a flat, clean and dry surface with the smooth
PVC surface facing downwards. 2.
2.
Roll up the heating mat with the underside of the heating mat (fabric/nub side) now facing
upwards, starting from the cable connection side. 3.
3.
Place the transport belt around the rolled-up mat. Pull the end of the belt through the buckle
and press the Velcro surfaces together. 4.
4.
Store the rolled-up heating mat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
