MH Oxygen E-Z Breathe II Boom Cannula Installation Instructions Download Page 2

NOTE:

The purchaser and users must initially and continually satisfy themselves

that the installation on their particular equipment, and for their circumstances, is

air-worthy and provides an ongoing appropriate and secure oxygen delivery system

with adequate oxygen cylinder pressure prior to each flight. Oxygen masks should

be on board and ready for use in the case of failure of the cannula or it’s mounting.

In case of failure of the mounting system, the cannula can be held in place in the

mouth and oxygen delivered by mouth breathing.

INSTRUCTIONS

NOTE:

Take the time to read these instructions to get it right the first time!

The MH E-Z Breathe II™ Boom Cannula is supplied with uninstalled components.
Installing your E-Z Breathe II™ Boom Cannula is easy and should only take five
to ten minutes to do it properly. Once the mount has been correctly installed and
adjusted, the E-Z Breathe II™ Boom Cannula was designed to allow the user to
pivot the cannula out of the way or be removed by loosening the friction thumb
screw and carefully snapping the arm off the ball mount when not needed.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MOUNTING YOUR BOOM CANNULA

A good cleaning with isopropyl alcohol is critical to the long term durability of

    the adhesive bond.

Avoid temperatures below 50° F. when mounting the components.

 If a bond failure occurs,

DO NOT

use harsh solvents to remove the adhesive.

Maximum bond strength occurs within 72 hours of application.

However with care, it can be used immediately.

If Ball Mount needs to be repositioned, it will be necessary to replace the

    adhesive pad.
