You must work quickly,

Remove and discard bow cap:
Insert and lock pouch
into surprise maker:
Insert the pouch through the slit on the squeeze tool.
Roll down to squeeze color into surprise maker. Use
your fingers to get as much in as possible.
Grow:
Leave the pouch in the surprise
maker and wait four hours.
Don’t disrupt the magic. Don’t open the surprise maker.

Turn pouch clockwise to lock in.
Insert all the way in.
