Maintenance

To ensure safety and to prevent acci-
dents as a result of wear on compo-
nents going undetected, the wheel-
chair should be checked and serviced 
annually by a dealer. The dealer will 
check and maintain all safety-relevant 
parts of the wheelchair and check the 
operability and the operational safe-
ty. The dealer can detect the start of 
any wear and uses exclusively original 
spare parts or parts tested and ap-
proved by us.

The inspection of all screwed connec-
tions for tight fi t as well as checking 
the frame, the arm supports, the cas-
tors, the back strap and the toilet seat 
for damages and functionality are 
part of the scope of maintenance.

Tools

The following tools are needed for 
the adjustments that can be done by 
the user:

Open-end or ring spanner
2x WW* 10

*WW = Wrench width [mm]

Repair

You can trustingly use your authorised 
workshop for any necessary repair 
work. Personnel there are well trained 
to carry out the work required.

Customer Service

Please contact your dealer if you have 
any questions or need help. Your deal-
er has been trained according to our 
guidelines in our factory and can give 
advice and carry out servicing and re-
pairs.

Spare parts

Spare parts can only be ordered from 
authorised dealers. Use only original 
spare parts for repairs.

For the correct supply of spare parts 
the respective serial number, located 
on the frame, needs to be noted at all 
times.
