Front cover disassembly
1. Remove lock nut (19), Loosen the cylinder cover bolt (6)
of front cover (1) and remove it.
2. Remove rod seal (10) using screw driver.
3. Remove o-ring (13) and cushion seal (11), take out
cushioning screw (8) with o-ring (20).
4. Clean it with liquid soap solution. After drying apply
grease on rubber parts. Replace these rubber parts.
7.2
Piston disassembly
1. Pull the piston rod (4) with piston (3) out side the tube (15).
2. Take out SHC screw (7) and spring washer (9) to
disassemble rod from piston (3). Since SHC screw has
been removed,the piston rod (4) with o-ring (18) can be
removed from piston (3).
3. Use blunt needle to remove lip seal (14) from piston (3)
4. Observe damage of teflon strip (16), if necessary replace it.
5. Clean it with liquid soap solution. After drying apply
grease on rubber parts. Replace these rubber parts.
