6. 3 Performance menus
When you select the PERFORMANCE DATA option from the MAIN SET-UP menu, the
performance menu is displayed for the appropriate interface. The menu options will be
described with the simple set-up options first.

6 . 3. 1 Interface
This option is used to identify the interface from which statistics are to be gathered. The
options presented will be the type of interface that the DSU has detected on each port.
6 . 3. 2 Display mode
The options are:
Full report and Rolling report
Static Summary, Updated Summary and 15 Minute Summaries
Note that the SUMMARY STYLE menu option only appears when a Summary has been
selected (as opposed to a Report) from the DISPLAY MODE menu item. This menu option
is therefore described in section 6.4.3.
6 . 3. 3 Clear all data
CLEAR ALL DATA clears the complete performance statistics database. This may be
necessary if the DSU contains data that is invalid, perhaps because it was obtained from a
different circuit or the DSU has been cold started or reconfigured. You will be prompted to
confirm this option.
