VOLTAGE ON TEST
SOCKET TOO HIGH!
DANGER!
Voltage on test socket is higher than 20V
(AC or DC)
approximately!
Disconnect the connections to the instrument immediately
and determine the external voltage source!
VOLTAGE ON TEST
PROBE TOO HIGH!
POSSIBLE DANGER!
Voltage on test probe is higher than 15V (AC or DC)
approximately!
Disconnect the test probe from the appliance and
determine the cause of error!
HARDWARE ERROR
In self-test and before test where mains voltage is applied
the functionality of the instrument output relays is checked.
In case of error the mains voltage is not applied to the test
socket. In case of this warning return the instrument to the
repair centre.
The earth bond test probe must be used in this test.
Remove the EB clip, especially if it is connected to any
part that will begin to rotate or move when power is
applied.
Warning!
High voltage is (will be) applied on the instrument output!
(Insulation test voltage or mains voltage).
The tested appliance should be switched on (to ensure
that the complete circuit will be tested).
Connect the lead to be tested to the IEC plug!
Test passed.
Test failed.
