OPERATION
2. OPERATION
Please read all instructions before operating the LP-80 to ensure it performs to its full
potential.
Please observe the following considerations carefully:
• Keep the probe clean. Measurement accuracy may decline if debris on the probe prevents
light from entering the sensors.
• Do not immerse the instrument in water or leave it in contact with rain for long periods
of time.
• Transport the instrument in its padded hard-sided carrying case to prevent damage.
PRECAUTIONS
METER instruments are built to the highest standards, but misuse, improper protection,
or improper installation may damage the sensor and possibly void the manufacturer’s
warranty. Before using the LP-80, follow the recommended instructions and arrange proper
protections to safeguard sensors from damage.
